By harnessing the transformative power of Orton-Gillingham Structured Literacy techniques, I guide students and parents on an incredible journey towards improved reading performance. With over 21 years of invaluable experience in the elementary classroom setting, I bring forth a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session. Together, we will embark on an exciting adventure where we will not only develop essential reading skills but also instill a lifelong love for reading. Through personalized instruction tailored to each student's unique learning style, we will unlock the joy of reading and empower them with the tools they need to succeed academically and beyond. I am highly experienced in the Take Flight Dyslexia Curriculum, ensuring that you receive the highest quality of instruction and intervention for dyslexia. Our goal is to empower you with the tools and strategies needed to overcome any challenges.

I am currently pursuing accreditation as a Certified Academic Language Therapist (C.A.L.T) and hold National Board Certification in Early/Middle Childhood Literacy. Rest assured, my expertise is backed by recognized certifications and qualifications.

Leadership in Brain-Based Education

I hold an Education Specialist Degree in Brain-Based Leadership and a Master's Degree in Education: Brain-Research-Teaching and Learning. I leverage the latest research on brain function and teaching techniques to create effective learning experiences.
